In some cases, shipping may be delayed due inclement weather, carrier delays, or holidays. Nxtensions will not be liable for order arrival under these circumstances and signature required for package delivery. 

 ORDER PICK-UP LOCAL DMV ONLY 

For customers located near the DMV (D.C., Maryland, Virginia), we offer the convenient option of choosing “Local Pick-Up” as your delivery method during checkout instead of shipping. It’s essential to understand that selecting this option does not impact or expedite the processing times or shipping windows. Pick-up orders are available for hair-on-hand and ready to ship items only. If you order an item from any other collection the item will be shipped to you. Pick up orders are available within 24hrs of your order or next business day, unless you message us for it to be rushed picked up. 

Your pick-up ready email, which will be sent to you during the specified shipping window, will contain all the necessary details for your pick-up, including the exact address, and designated pick-up times with your pick-up instructions. Please note that pick-ups are only available during our regular business hours. 

REFUND POLICY 

Nxtensions strives to provide amazing customer service to all of our customers. Unfortunately, due to sanitary concerns all wigs and hair are FINAL SALE.

Please allow 5-7 business days to process all orders. And 3-5 business days to ship all orders. This does not include our ready to ship or hair on hand collections. All order will require a signature for delivery. No Exceptions. ALL SALE ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE 

Nxtensions isn't responsible for any lost/damaged packages. A signature is required on all packages to avoid stolen shipments. All packages can now have packaged protection added on at checkout using Route.
