REFUND POLICY 

Nxtensions strives to provide amazing customer service to all of our customers. Unfortunately, due to sanitary concerns all wigs and hair are FINAL SALE.

Please allow 5-7 business days to process all orders. And 3-5 business days to ship all orders. This does not include our ready to ship or hair on hand collections. All order will require a signature for delivery. No Exceptions. ALL SALE ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE 

Nxtensions isn't responsible for any lost/damaged packages. A signature is required on all packages to avoid stolen shipments. All packages can now have packaged protection added on at checkout using Route package protection
